Small bike. Full authority.
VroomCat
He leaves at sunset and arrives before anyone asked.
The Evening Route
At 6:17 every evening, Vroom Cat takes the wet coast road west. The motorcycle is small because the errands are precise: collect one tin of sardines, inspect the pier, circle the closed fish shop twice. He never exceeds the speed limit near gulls. Everywhere else, the headlamp decides.
Road Manners
At the roadside garage, Vroom Cat observes three rules. None concern arriving early.
Warm Engine
The headlamp comes on before he has chosen a destination.
Soft Paws
Throttle control stays delicate, even when the horizon does not.
No Brakes
Stopping is reserved for fuel, sardines and suspicious cardboard boxes.
Garage Notes
The garage keeps these details on paper because the rider refuses a phone mount.
